Do not use Novastorm to break law or platform rules; infringe rights; deceive; distribute malware or spam; exploit children; facilitate violence or self-harm; conduct unlawful surveillance or discrimination; process sensitive data without authority; manipulate elections; create prohibited sexual content; impersonate a person or misuse a person's likeness or voice; bypass safeguards or access controls; scrape or publish personal data unlawfully; or evade sanctions or export restrictions.

Do not submit a false AI, deepfake, human-review or disclosure classification; remove or conceal a provenance marker or perceptible disclosure; or present AI-generated or materially manipulated media as authentic when that would mislead a reasonable person. Ads in regulated areas require your legal review and platform approvals. Substantiate claims and label AI or manipulated media where required.

We may investigate, preserve evidence, remove content, disable automation, suspend accounts and report conduct when reasonably necessary.
